Hi guys,

Were in lock down as you have seen by the tittle, but that doesn't stop NZ from still working and doing school work we just have to do it at home. I'm actually surprised that were in lock down again we basically stop having any cases and then suddenly there was a case but it doesn't mind me being in lock down i'm really fine with it.

Term 2 reflect

 Hello again my dear readers :D

It's the last day off term 2 and i'm doing a reflection.

Matariki tasks

Task 1

Matariki are 9 stars also known as the 7 sisters and when it used to be matariki the moari knew that it was a good time to grow crops. They also used to have a big feast with all their family and friends, it still happens today.

Task 2

1. They are all about matariki and the star's meaning.

2. Information about what the stars mean and how many stars there are. Also about how the moari used to pray to the stars.

3. I don’t know?

Task 3

Matariki: The leader of the stars and also the star of health.

Whaipunarangi: Rain and storms.

Ururangi: The winds.

Hiwa-i-te-ranga: The wishing star.

Waiti: Food from saltwater.

Wata: Freshwater food like Tuna.

Powhutukara: Acknowledge our loved ones that have passed away.  

Tupanuku: Food that grows on the ground.

Tupuarangi: Food from above our head like birds or fruit.

My goals are to get better at my division, i would also like to be a bit more confident.

As you know rm 13 have been working on fractions and measurement for maths.

What we did today week 9

Today at school all of the seniors went to a toolkit to see how to use games like mine craft education addition and others. I went to see mine craft that was hosted by Nicole, Chloe and Ehsani they told us about how to build a fast and easy house it was fun!

Fractions for math

This week we started fractions, we made posters about fractions and started some easy fractions.

Today's also the school disco!

I'm so exited!

Our senior disco goes from 7 pm-8:30 pm,

And the junior disco goes from 5 pm-6:30 pm
